Pancakes have two sides.


Ever notice that?


It is imperative to those who work with the public to remember that there will always typically be two points of view.


Current “tribalism” makes the need to achieve Collaborative Informed Consent ® essential.


It takes time to understand that such an approach is a “mindset,” just as it is a process.


The next time you encounter someone who doesn’t see the world as you do, stop and actively listen to the “other side.” Just a thought.
