Dealing with Difficult People – Moving to more private space

When dealing with any personality and attempting to resolve a situation it is always best to remove the person from their source of energy (such as other people), says aggression management consultant Dr. John Byrnes author of Before Conflict.  Just ask them to step to the side so you can talk privately, or into your office or some other area where the climate is changed by the move.  Learn more at the Bluegrass PRSA luncheon June 16 in Louisville.
